Arrival & Departure

Arrival is possible from 15:00 and departure until 10:00.

Deposit

We ask you to transfer the deposit according to the individual reservation confirmation within 7 days.

Payment

In order to secure the reservation, we request a deposit of 40% of the total price to our account. Deposit free of charge for the recipient.

You are welcome to pay the remaining amount on site in cash, by EC card or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard).

Baby & Equipment for Children

We are happy to provide you with baby cribs including bed linen free of charge. Please register before arrival.

Single Room

Possible on request. Surcharges for double rooms for single occupancy depending on season.

Family Room

Minimum occupancy in the family room 3 persons - with fewer persons extra € 15,- surcharge per day.

Pets

Pets are welcome on request and cost € 20,- per day (without food). We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning surcharge.

Parking

Free parking directly next to the aparthotel. Underground parking spaces on request for a fee (€ 10.00 per parking space/day, max. height 2.20 m).

Smoking

Our aparthotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smokers can enjoy their cigarettes outside or on the balcony with a wonderful view.

Reservation

Reservations are only valid in writing. Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

Local tax

Winter 2024 / 25 | € 2,55 per person/night from 15 years | € 0,05 per child up to 14 years. Local tax is not included in the price.
Summer 2025 | € 3,05 per person/night from 15 years | € 0,05 per child up to 14 years. Local tax is not included in the price.

At check-in you will receive internet access from us with which you can surf the internet free of charge &.

Cancellation conditions & travel insurance

Our cancellation conditions for the winter season 2024 / 25

  • 3 to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total stay
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total stay
  • Last week before arrival 90% of the total stay
  • Cancellation at short notice or early departure 100% of the total stay

  • Cancellation or rebooking free of charge 1 month before arrival

We apply the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry). To save costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
